Excellent Stay
guided tour professional staff convenient access
The guided tour upon check-in was excellent. It gave a comprehensive overview of the hotel. The staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. I had a smooth experience. The location offered convenient access to key areas. I could easily walk to Green Park station. I visited a nearby theatre at Piccadilly.
The breakfast service was noticeably slow. It took a considerable time to receive coffee and the main course, which affected my morning schedule

mixed experience at a central hotel
the room was clean and the staff were mostly helpful.
my sleep was disrupted each night due to persistent machinery noise. i was in room 603 and it sounded like air conditioning units. the low frequency vibration continued all night.
