The guided tour upon check-in was excellent. It gave a comprehensive overview of the hotel. The staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. I had a smooth experience. The location offered convenient access to key areas. I could easily walk to Green Park station. I visited a nearby theatre at Piccadilly.
The breakfast service was noticeably slow. It took a considerable time to receive coffee and the main course, which affected my morning schedule

the room was clean and the staff were mostly helpful.
my sleep was disrupted each night due to persistent machinery noise. i was in room 603 and it sounded like air conditioning units. the low frequency vibration continued all night.

The breakfast service was slow. It took a long time to even get coffee. The wait staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than assisting guests. I found this really disappointing.
